The Product Logs page shows all updates that happen at the SKU level. This includes price updates, product status changes, LAP & LCP updates, and new product publications. These logs help you track how individual products are updated in the system and ensure that your catalog data stays accurate.

What You’ll See on This Page

Product Logs include detailed information for each SKU update:

  • Date & Time: When the update occurred

  • SKU: The product associated with the update

  • Brand: The brand the SKU belongs to

  • Type of Update: The category of the change (e.g., Price Update, Product Status Update)

  • Message: A summary describing what changed

This gives you a clear and reliable record of product-level updates across your entire catalog.

Available Types of Updates

Here are the types of updates you may see in Product Logs:

  • Price Update (SKU)
    Price (PMAP/LRP/etc) for a specific SKU has been updated.

  • LAP & LCP Update
    Local Advertised Price or Local Competitive Price for a SKU has been updated after scraping or data refresh.

  • Product Status Update
    Product availability or internal status has changed (for example: discontinued, active, or status source changes).

  • New Product Published
    A brand-new SKU has been added to the system and made available.

Filtering Options

You can refine your log results by:

  • SKU Search: Look up logs for a specific SKU

  • Brand Filter: View updates for a specific brand

  • Date Range: Focus on updates within a chosen time period

  • Type of Update: Select the specific update category you want to review
